Five Accused of Automobile Thefts

Lexington officers have charged five people they believe are responsible for stealing vehicles throughout the area.

According to police, several cars were stolen from pizza delivery drivers.

Most of the thefts were of vehicles that had been left running and unattended.

Police arreasted and charged 26-year-old Steve Wilson, 23-year-old Brittany Goins, 19-year-old Ryan Slone, 33-year-old Michael Hanley, and 31-year-old Shi Sibley with receiving stolen property, automobile.

Wilson was charged on four counts and Goins was charged with three counts of stealing vehicles worth less than $10,000.
