First responders battle Jackson County fire

JACKSON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – First responders say people were displaced after a house fire in Jackson County.

According to Pond Creek Fire and Rescue, the fire happened on Cornelius Road Saturday.

It says there was an RV fire in addition to the house fire.

Units from the Mckee Fire Department, Pond Creek Fire Department, and the Grey Hawk Fire Department responded to supply water and manpower.

Pond Creek Fire and Rescue says the house fire originated from the RV fire. The cause of the RV fire is still unknown.
