Firefighters take advantage of the cold

ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Firefighters are taking advantage of the cold temps.

Anderson County volunteer firefighters spent over three hours training for ice rescues this week.

It was ten degrees the the night they had training!

If you plan on spending time on a frozen pond or lake, make sure the ice level is thick enough to hold you.
