Fire Victim Released From Hospital

A Lexington woman who lost her home and her dog in a fire last week…was able to leave the hospital Tuesday.

Renee Bray had to be pulled from her house when it caught fire on Savoy Road on Friday afternoon.

She was taken to UK Hospital after the smoke caused her to have trouble breathing.

Even though she’s now out of the hospital…investigators say her house will have to be rebuilt.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
