Movie theaters in five Kentucky cities, including Georgetown, were scheduled to show ‘The Interview,’ according to the entertainment Website, Deadline.com.

The film was scheduled to be shown Friday, December 26, at the Theaters of Georgetown 7, according to the Website.

The film was also scheduled to be shown in Louisville, Pikeville, Corbin and Murray, according to the Website.

Sony did announce this week that the movie would be shown after it was initially pulled when three major theater chains refused to show it, because of threats from computer hackers believed to have ties to North Korea.
