UPDATE: Kentucky fugitive found in Ohio

The FBI says Conley was found in Ada, Ohio and taken into custody without any resistance.

A concerned citizen contacted the FBI in Louisville after seeing Conley.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – The FBI is asking help finding a fugitive.

According to the FBI, Bryan Conley removed his ankle monitor near Smiths Grove, Kentucky on Interstate 65.

Conley was arrested in January of 2019 for attempting to ransom the parents of a woman from Tennessee.

According to the FBI, Conley is believed to be traveling in a 2008 gray Ford Fusion with Texas license plate FSF-2018.
