FBI looking for John Doe 34 in sexual exploitation case
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is asking for help from the public gathering information about an unknown man they think may have critical information about a child victim in a sexual exploitation investigation.
Photographs and an informational poster depicting the unknown individual, known only as John Doe 34, are being disseminated to the public and can be found online at the FBI website at http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/ecap.
Initial videos of the unidentified man shown with a child were first recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in July of 2015. Investigators for the FBI and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children have enhanced images depicting John Doe 34 and believe they contain several clues, which may assist with the identification of the subject.
Based on John Doe 34’s accent heard in the video, it is believed that John Doe 34 resides in the southern region of the United States. Furthermore, investigative clues in the videos suggest that the abuse of the child victim potentially occurred around the Thanksgiving holiday. In an effort to prevent further abuse during the upcoming holiday, the FBI is seeking the public’s assistance in the identification of John Doe 34.
John Doe 34 is described as a white male, likely between the ages of 18 and 25, with short brown hair and prominent brown eyebrows. Anyone
