Father Jim Sichko among Kentuckians appointed to state boards

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ)- Governor Andy Beshear has appointed several people to Kentucky boards and commissions.

The following are the newest appointments from the Governor’s office. The appointees are:

— appointed Father Jim Sichko as a member of the Charitable Gaming Advisory Commission.

• Father Jim Sichko of Richmond is a priest for the Catholic Diocese of Lexington and papal missionary for Pope Francis. He shall replace Brian Dunham, whose term has expired. Father Sichko shall serve for a term expiring July 10, 2024.

— Appointed Joshua Lillard as a member of the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission.

• Joshua Lillard of Hebron is a sales representative for Emerge IT Solutions. He shall replace Kevin Bond, whose term has expired. Mr. Lillard shall serve for a term expiring August 13, 2024.
• Appointed Susan Moss as a member of the Waterfront Development Corporation Board of Directors.

• Susan Moss of Louisville works for Kindred Healthcare. She shall replace Robert Banks, whose term has expired. Mrs. Moss shall serve for a term expiring July 31, 2024.

— Appointed Kenny Bishop and Kimberly Dudgeon as members of the Historic Properties Advisory Commission. Gov. Beshear has also reappointed Stephen Collins.

• Kenny Bishop of Lexington works for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He shall replace Jon Park, whose term has expired. Mr. Bishop shall serve for a term expiring August 11, 2024.
• Kimberly Dudgeon of Midway is an entrepreneur. She shall replace Brandon Wilson, whose term has expired. Mrs. Dudgeon shall serve for a term expiring August 11, 2024.
• Stephen Collins of Shelbyville shall serve for a term expiring August 11, 2024.

— Appointed Bruce Dudley as a member of the Kentucky Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors.

• Bruce Dudley of Louisville is an attorney at Wyatt Tarrant & Combs, LLP. He shall replace Kelly Preston, whose term has expired. Mr. Dudley shall serve for a term expiring July 16, 2024.

— Appointed Michael Ward and Michael Humble as members of the Kentucky Community Crisis Response Board

• Michael Ward of Alexandria is a retired chief of police. He shall replace William Tennill, whose term has expired. Mr. Ward shall serve a term expiring June 30, 2022.
• Michael Humble of Russellville is the CEO of Agape Service Foundation. He shall replace Walter Canterbury, whose term has expired. Mr. Humble shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022.

— Appointed Gill Holland and Alan Forbes as members of the Kentucky Film Commission. Gov. Beshear has also reappointed James Owens.

• Gill Holland of Louisville is a film producer. He shall replace Lawrence O’Bryan, whose term has expired. Mr. Holland shall serve for a term expiring September 30, 2022.
• Alan Forbes of Paris is a motion picture production manager. He shall replace Jason Epperson, whose term has expired. Mr. Forbes shall serve for a term expiring September 30, 2023.
• James Owens of Wilmore shall serve a term expiring September 30, 2023.

— Appointed Lyman Hager as a member of the Reclamation Guaranty Fund Commission.

• Lyman Hager of Lexington is a CPA at RFH, PLLC. He shall replace William Kohn, whose term has expired. Mr. Hager shall serve for a term expiring July 1, 2024.

— Appointed David Kimbel of Bowling Green as a member of the Kentucky Licensing Board for Specialists in Hearing Instruments.

• David Kimbel of Bowling Green works for Better Hearing Centers. He shall replace Michael Stone, whose term has expired. Mr. Kimble shall serve for a term expiring July 31, 2024.

— Appointed Kelly Gillooly as a member ofA the Kentucky Eating Disorder Council.

• Kelly Gillooly of Louisville is the Director of Behavioral Health Outreach at the University of Louisville’s Pence Hospital. She shall serve for a term expiring August 13, 2022.”
