Emergency service worker assaulted in Mt. Sterling

MT. STERLING, Ky. (WTVQ) – Mt. Sterling Police say an emergency service worker was assaulted while responding to an accident Friday morning.

They say William Lillie was found unresponsive in the passenger seat of the vehicle unharmed from the accident. But officials say he was overdosing so they administrated narcan.

When he woke up officials say that’s when he pushed the emergency service worker. He was arrested and charged with assault.
