EKU releases text of reported threat found on campus

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond is releasing more details about a reported threatening message that was discovered in a men’s restroom in the Combs Building earlier this week.

A school spokesperson says it read, "Bringing gun to here.  2-11-15.  Dead Students."

EKU says police patrols are on the increase as a result of the message.

The university says it’s working with local, state and federal authorities.
