Eight people arrested in Knox County drug bust
CORBIN, Ky. (WTVQ) – A call about suspected illegal drug activity at a home in Corbin led to the arrest of eight people, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrests came Wednesday on Meadow Lark Circle, according to deputies.
Investigators say five of the eight people arrested are convicted felons. They say half the people arrested were charged with Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.
Deputies say they found suspected methamphetamine, pipes, syringes, digital scales and a loaded gun in the home.
All eight suspects face drug charges, according to investigators.
They were all taken to the Knox County Detention Center.
