DUI arrest on I-75 in Rockcastle County

MOUNT VERNON, Ky. (WTVQ) – An Ohio man was arrested Wednesday afternoon for reportedly driving under the influence on I-75 in Rockcastle County, according to State Police. An officer with KSP Vehicle Enforcement pulled a driver over around 1:00 p.m. for reportedly driving in an unsafe manner near mile marker 51.

State Police say the officer smelled a strong odor of alcohol in the vehicle and on the driver, 55-year old Henry L. Clickner of Greenfield, Ohio. Investigators say Clickner failed multiple field sobriety tests and had open containers of alcohol inside the driver’s compartment.

KSP says Clickner was arrested on scene without incident and lodged in the Rockcastle County Detention Center.
