Driver’s car hit during shootout in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a driver was caught in the crossfire of a late-night shooting in Lexington.

According to police, the driver was on the outbound lane of Man O’ War Boulevard near Pimlico Parkway around 9:15 p.m. Sunday when people in two cars drove by, firing shots at each other.

Several bullets hit the driver’s car.

Police say the driver wasn’t injured.

There was no other damage reported.

Police are still searching for the suspects.
