Driver indicted for leaving scene of deadly accident in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Fayette County grand jury has indicted a man in a deadly hit-and-run accident in April.

Michael Ray King was indicted on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and failing to render aid.

Stevonn Page was killed after being hit while retrieving garbage cans near the road on April 12.

King was taken into custody immediately after the accident.
