Deputy: Berea woman posed as her sister to avoid charges

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Madison County woman who was arrested on drug charges is facing another charge after a deputy says she gave him a fake name during her arrest.

According to court documents, 38-year-old Jessica Brooke Foster, of Berea, was found passed out in a car Sunday.

Drugs and drug paraphernalia were inside the car, according to Foster’s arrest citation.

The deputy says when he asked her name, Foster said it was “Candace Price.”

The arrest citation says Candace Price is the name of Foster’s sister.

Foster later admitted to giving her sister’s name to avoid warrants, according to the deputy.

Foster is charged with wanton endangerment of a police officer, public intoxication, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia and theft of identity.
