Deputies: Winchester parents arrested, baby found living in home with feces

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two Winchester parents are in jail after deputies say a 6-month-old baby was found living in the home with animal feces.

Clark County Sheriff’s Office says an anonymous tip came in on January 23 about a child living in poor conditions on the 900-block of Hackberry Circle in Winchester.

After arriving, deputies say they smelled a “foul odor” coming from inside the home. Deputies say the father, 33-year-old Andrew Teboe, told them the house was in “awful shape,” but let them do a walk-through.

Deputies say they saw animal feces on the floors, full fly traps and trash piled up throughout the home. They say it was “unbearable to walk through due to the conditions.”

According to deputies, the Teboes had 17-18 cats, two dogs and a ferret living in the home as well.

Andrew Teboe and his wife, 34-year-old Angela Teboe, are charged with criminal abuse.
