Deputies: Burnside man facing drug trafficking & weapons charges

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says a Burnside man is facing drug trafficking and gun charges, among others.

It says 39-year-old Eric Langdon was arrested Wednesday at his home on East Sloans Valley Road.  Deputies and Somerset police officers reportedly went to the house to serve an arrest warrant. Investigators say Langdon was charged with two counts of Wanton Endangerment (1st Degree) and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol.

Deputies say they searched Langdon and found drug paraphernalia, a small quantity of marijuana, over $600 cash and two plastic baggies suspected to be suboxone and xanax pills. The sheriff’s office says Langdon also had drugs, a handgun and shotgun inside the home. As a result, deputies say he’s now facing several additional charges including trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
