Deputies: Arrest Made After Man Fails to Yield to Emergency Vehicle

According to Laurel County Deputies, a Manchester man was pulled over in London Thursday night after he wouldn’t give the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle that had its lights and siren activated.

During the stop and investigation, officers said they learned the driver, 19-year-old Adam France, was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant.

He was charged with failure to appear in court, careless driving and failure to yield right-of-way to an emergency vehicle and then booked into the Laurel County Detention Center.
