Coroner: Body found inside apartment ruled a homicide

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A woman’s death has been rule a homicide after she was found dead on Thursday evening, according to the Fayette County coroner.

Officials say 37-year-old Kimberly Dianne Dayton was found dead inside an apartment complex off of Winburn drive Thursday evening.

The coroner says she was strangled to death.

Police have not released anymore information on the circumstances surrounding her death.
