Deadline Is Friday To Reserve Home Delivery Of Thanksgiving Meal From Salvation Army

The Salvation Army in Lexington will serve a traditional Turkey dinner for the community on Thanksgiving Day from Noon to 1:30 p.m. for individuals and families in need.

The dinner will take place at The Salvation Army, 736 West Main Street.

There is no need to make a reservation.

If you are home-bound, you need to make your reservation by Friday, November 22nd in order for your meal to be delivered.  The number to call is 859-252-7706.

The meal is being provided by ‘Lundy’s Catering’ and will be served by more than 100-volunteers from the community.  The bread is being donated by Joe Bologna’s.
