Crossroads Church cancels all weekend services for GO Local

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)-GO Local is the largest weekend service project in the nation.

This weekend will be the 13th annual GO Local with 12,000 volunteers helping around the community on May 12 and 13.

This community service effort is organized by Crossroads Church.

This upcoming weekend, May 12 and 13, all Crossroads buildings will be closed because of the volunteer project.

Volunteers will be completing 675 service projects including construction, landscaping, painting, and cleaning to done in schools, agencies, churches, neighborhoods, parks, and nonprofits.
