COVID exposure advisory issued for Letcher County restaurant
LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky River District Health Department is announcing potential exposure to COVID-19 in Letcher County.
Two employees at the Whitesburg Dairy Queen have tested positive for COVID-19.
Customers who visited the restaurant on October 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, or 9th may have been exposed.
People are asked to monitor and contact a healthcare provider to get tested if they experience symptoms including fever, coughing, shortness of breath, changes in the sensation of taste and/or smell, or gastro-intestinal upset.
The Dairy Queen management is fully cooperating, the Health Department said.
