Coroners office asking for public’s assistance finding family
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Fayette County coroner is looking for the family of a man that passed away last week.
According to the coroners office Erick John Schomer died of a possible overdose in a Lexington Walmart parking lot.
They believe he was living out of his car.
The coroner says he may have a daughter named Chelsey Schomer.
Officials say they are not sure if her first name is spelled correctly and they are also unsure if she has a married name.
Schomer’s fathers name was Edward John Schomer, who lived in Georgetown at the time of his death, according to the coroner.
