Corbin man killed in Laurel County crash

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Corbin man was killed Tuesday morning in a two vehicle crash in Laurel County, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators say two vehicles headed in opposite directions on Level Green Road collided just before 8:00 a.m.

Deputies say after the collision, 46-year old William Hubbard’s 1996 Geo Metro hit a utility pole. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 2017 Toyota Highlander, 40-year old Tiffany Bays, of Corbin, was not hurt, according to deputies.

The deadly collision is still under investigation.
