Closure scheduled for bridge in Madison County

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – A temporary closure is scheduled for a bridge on KY 627 in Madison County.

The bridge is at Exit 95 over I-75.

The closure is for routine bridge deck patching, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

The closure is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, from 6:00 p.m. until midnight, according to the state.

Here are alternate routes suggested by the state:  KY 627 South to Interstate 75 South:  motorists can utilize Interstate 75 North to Exit 97.

Interstate 75 South to KY 627 North:  motorists can continue on Interstate 75 South to Exit 90A

The work is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
