Clarksville man shot in Bowling Green after custody exchange

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) — Bowling Green Police say a Clarksville, Tennessee, man was shot after a custody exchange in the police station parking lot.

WBKO-TV reports, at 6:30 p.m. Sunday the suspected shooter got out of a car at an intersection about two blocks from the parking lot.

There was an argument and 34-year-old Kenneth Marshall was shot. Marshall was taken to The Medical Center in a private car. Hospital officials said he was in stable condition.

Police have not released the name of the suspect, who was being questioned on Sunday night.
