Buffalo Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower

½ C all purpose flour

½ C water

dash of Buffalo sauce

¼ tsp garlic salt

¼ tsp dried onion

¼ C Buffalo sauce

3 T salted butter, melted

pinch of salt

  1. Preheat oven to 450°
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick spray
  3. Wash cauliflower and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together ingredients through dried onion
  5. Dip each piece of cauliflower in batter until evenly coated. Let excess batter drip off. Place onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, just until the batter hardens.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the Buffalo sauce, butter and salt.
  8. Brush the cauliflower evenly with the sauce.
  9. Place cauliflower back in oven for 5-7 minutes until sauce is hardened
  10. Remove, let cool and serve with blue cheese and/or ranch dressing
