Charity basketball game benefits a new non-profit two LCA students started

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Sunday afternoon Lexington Christian Academy staff and a team comprised of various people who work in Lexington Media will compete in a charity basketball game.

Tickets are $5 at the door and benefit Kentucky Food Ministry, a new non-profit helping feed the homeless.

Two high school students from LCA started it recently and pack meals for the homeless to distribute on Fridays each week.

The game is at Lexington Christian Academy with a 1:30 p.m. tip.
