Car fire causes traffic delays near downtown Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A car fire on a busy street near downtown Lexington delays morning traffic.

The fire was reported on North Limestone at the intersection with Fifth Street North at about 11 a.m. The driver pulled over on the sidewalk as the fire started.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze.

No one was injured.
