Car crashes into Steak ‘n Shake, one person arrested

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — One person is in custody after a car crashed into a Steak ‘N Shake in Lexington.

According to police, around 11 p.m. on Saturday officers were called to the Steak ‘n Shake on Alysheba Way in the Hamburg area.

Officers found a black SUV in the side of the building.

The driver was arrested for suspected dui.

Fire crews helped remove the car from the building.

It is still unknown how severe damage is.
