Cameron woman’s body found in vehicle following chase

CAMERON, W.Va. (AP) – Police are investigating the death of a Cameron woman whose body was found in a vehicle following a chase.
Marshall County Sheriff Kevin Cecil tells The Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register that the woman’s husband told police she fell from the vehicle.
Cecil says officers saw the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed from Moundsville to Glen Dale on Sunday. They pursued the vehicle until it stopped in a parking lot in Glen Dale.
The sheriff says the husband told officers he was taking the woman to Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale. The husband said the couple had been arguing before the woman fell out of the vehicle.
Cecil identified the victim as 24-year-old Chandra Hossman.
