Bridge to be replaced in Bath County
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – Construction on a bridge in Bath County will begin next week.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says it will replace the aging KY 211 bridge over Cow Creek near Salt Lick on January 6.
Officials say the construction will require KY 211 to close at milepoint 8.2 for up to 60 days. They say a detour will be marked using US 60 and KY 1269 through Peasticks.
The cabinet says the bridge replacement is a $500,000 project and is a part of the Bridging Kentucky program.
