UPDATE: Johnston Road/KY 3367 bridge in Fayette County reopened

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – After being deemed unsafe for the public, the bridge on Johnston Road/KY 3367 has reopened following repairs.

As of 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 16, the bridge at milepoint 1.34 is open again.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a bridge closure for Fayette County.

The bridge located on Johnston Road/KY 3367 has been determined as unsafe. The closure is necessary due to the condition of the superstructure.

The bridge, which is located on the Bryan Station end of Johnston Road between Paris Pike and Bryan Station, will remain closed until further notice.
