Brick collapse at Jiff diverts traffic on Winchester Road

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A section of wall on the side of the Jiff building at 767 Winchester Road collapsed Wednesday morning, forcing part of the road to be closed and traffic diverted.

The collapse happened at abut 11:25 a.m. No one was injured. The brick on the outside of the building fell off, leaving the internal part of the wall exposed.

First responders diverted traffic onto Deleware Avenue while clean up and inspection were carried out.
