Boil water advisory for parts of Rockcastle County

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Some customers in Rockcastle County are under a boil water advisory.

Eastern Rockcastle Water Association issued a boil water advisory for all of its customers on Climax Road, Red Hill Road, Three Link Road, 490, Trace Branch, and all side roads Friday morning at around 8:30 a.m.

Customers should bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for three minutes, then let it cool before using, or should use bottled water.

Eastern Rockcastle Water Association says the advisory was issued as a precaution.
