Boil water advisory issued for some in Rockcastle County

MOUNT VERNON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Eastern Rockcastle Water Association issued a boil water advisory Saturday for some of its customers. It says the alert affects people on Big Cave.

The company says customers under the advisory should bring all water to a rolling boil for at least three minutes before drinking it, cooking with it, and washing dishes with it.

The association says it will notify customers when the alert is lifted.
