Boil water advisory issued for part of Beattyville

BEATTYVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Beattyville Waterworks has issued a boil water advisory for some of its customers.

It says 15 customers who live on Evelyn Road off Old Landing are affected.

Beattyville Waterworks say weather conditions caused a road to slip and damaged a line.

Customers in the affected area are being told to boil their water until further notice.
