Boil Water Advisory Issued For Parts Of Crab Orchard

The City of Crab Orchard Waterworks issued a boil water advisory at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2014.

The advisory was for customers on the Crab Orchard Water System from Stingy Creek Road to the Garrard-Lincoln County line.

Officials said the advisory was due to the recent repair of a waterline.

Affected customers were asked to boil all water to be used for cooking and drinking for at least three minutes until further notice.
