Bicyclist dies in crash
GEORGETOWN, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a crash on Ironworks Road that left one person dead.
Just before 2 p.m. on Sunday, deputies were called to an accident between a vehicle and a bicycle on Ironworks Road near Grayson Way.
An investigation shows Jessica Marshall was driving East on Ironworks Road when Marshall topped a hillcrest in the roadway hitting Jonathan Hensley, who was riding a bicycle, also heading East.
Hensley was pronounced dead at the scene by Scott County Coroner.
