Firefighter accused of exposing himself to child in Bell County

MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WTVQ) – A firefighter in Bell County is in jail, accused of exposing himself to a 10-year old boy in a Walmart bathroom, according to the arrest citation.

Documents say 33-year old Robert Chris England is charged with indecent exposure in connection to the June 4 incident.

He’s in jail in Bell County on a $250,000 cash bond.
