Authorities searching for inmates from Johnson County

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Authorities are on the lookout for two escaped inmates from Johnson County.

Officials say 30-year-old Jeremy Boggs and 23-year-old Brian Olson, both from Sandy Hook, KY, were last seen on Route 201 near Sitka.

Boggs is described as 5’9″, 165 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes and a fair complexion.

Olson is described as 5’8″, 198 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion. Olson also has tattoos on both arms of his last name with a peace sign.

Deputies believe Boggs and Olson were picked up by an unknown accomplice after separating themselves from a litter collecting detail.

The two were being held at the Big Sandy Detention Center for parole violations.
