Authorities Identify 3 Killed in Kentucky Crash
PINEVILLE, Ky. (AP) – Authorities have identified the people who were killed when a vehicle crashed into the rear of a coal truck in southeastern Kentucky.
Steven Douglas, an officer with Kentucky State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, said those killed in the crash were Brian K. Redman and Kendra Redman, who were both 32, and 4-year-old Kelsey Redman. They were from Middlesboro.
Douglas said the crash occurred Monday near Pineville. He says the coal truck was pulled over on the side of the highway and was being repaired when the vehicle crashed into the back of it. He said none of the victims in the vehicle were restrained.
