Attempted armed robbery of Lexington food truck overnight

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Lexington police are looking for a suspect who they say attempted to rob a Lexington food truck early Wednesday morning.

Police say a man walked up to a food truck parked at the BP station on Alexandria Drive and held an employee at gunpoint, while asking for money.

They say he was not able to get any money and ran off.

Police brought out search dogs, but were unable to find anything.
