Arrests made in stolen four-wheeler case

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Arrests were made Friday in a stolen four-wheeler case in Laurel County, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say the stolen four-wheeler was recovered off Oak Ridge Church Road, approximately 12-miles south of London.

Investigators say 36-year old Kenneth Duvall, of Manchester, and 18-year old Addison Asher, of Corbin, were charged in connection to the theft of the four-wheeler.

Deputies say 39-year old Tabitha Hibbard, of Manchester, was charged in connection to an outstanding bench warrant from Clay County for failing to appear in court to a charge of driving under the influence.

All three people were arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center in London.
