Arrest made in Perry County murder
PERRY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Deputies have taken a man into custody in connection to a murder Wednesday in Perry County.
According to the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, an off-duty deputy on his way to work found a man lying on Fourstream Road around 4 p.m.
The deputy says it looked like the man was shot several times.
The man, identified as 42-year-old Danny Ray Mullins, of Chavies, was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Thursday morning, the sheriff announced the arrest of 45-year-old James Ronnie McIntosh, of Busy.
