Arrest Made In Double Shooting In Lexington Last Year

 Police arrested a man they said shot two people in Lexington last year.
 Police said a teenager was shot in the hand, and another was shot in the chest during a New Year’s Eve party on Village Drive last year..
 Santino Pennie was charged in connection to those shootings.
 He will be arraigned on Tuesday.
