Apartment fire displaces two people

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two people will have to find somewhere else to live after an apartment was damaged by fire in Lexington, according to the fire department.

The fire was Monday at Fayette Crossing Apartments on East Reynolds Road around 4:40 p.m., according to investigators.

The building was evacuated as a precaution.

No one was hurt, according to firefighters.

The cause is under investigation.
