Animals rescued from flood waters in Elliot County

ELLIOT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Rescue crews in Elliot County had to rescue horses from flood waters Sunday.

The Rough Terrain Rescue shared on Facebook, it helped to rescue mares and foals. The crew says they were taken to neighboring barns where they would be safe.
