Anderson County Deputy on leave after being accused of sexual assault
ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – An Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputy is on administrative leave after being accused of sexual assault and stalking.
A Washington County teacher took out a protection order on Deputy Curt Bowen, also known as Jackie Bowen.
She says Bowen stalked her and sexually assaulted her when he worked as a school resource officer for the Washington County School District in 2018.
The teacher says one Bowen was hired at the Sheriff’s Office this year, he started driving past her house and showing up at her church.
According to Sheriff Joe Milam, Bowen is on administrative leave pending the outcome of his court case on July 29th.
