Ambulance crash in Louisville leaves two dead

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two people are dead after a crash with an ambulance Saturday morning in Louisville.

According to police, a car hit the ambulance as it tried to turn on Broadway and Hancock.

The car’s passenger was pronounced dead on scene and the driver later died at University Hospital.

There were three EMS employees and one patient on board the ambulance.

All were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
